Intellectual Property Rights – Selavine Jewelry

All content, materials, and intellectual property displayed or made available by Selavine Jewelry (“Selavine,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) are the exclusive property of Selavine Jewelry or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including but not limited to copyright, trademark, and design rights.

1. Ownership of Intellectual Property

All intellectual property associated with Selavine Jewelry includes, but is not limited to:

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all such intellectual property is owned by Selavine Jewelry.

2. Jewelry Designs & Product Protection

Selavine Jewelry designs are created exclusively for our brand. Any imitation, replication, reverse-engineering, or commercial use of our jewelry designs—whether in whole or in part—is strictly prohibited without prior written permission from Selavine Jewelry.

This applies regardless of material type (including but not limited to stainless steel, alloy, gold-plated, or other metals) or production method.

3. Trademarks

“Selavine,” the Selavine logo, and all related brand identifiers are trademarks or trade dress of Selavine Jewelry. Unauthorized use of our trademarks in connection with any product, service, website, advertisement, or domain name is prohibited and may constitute trademark infringement.

4. Use of Content

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, display, transmit, or commercially exploit any Selavine Jewelry content without explicit written consent.

This includes, but is not limited to:
